What better way to start the day than an early morning stroll along the beach while the kids are still tucked up in bed. Gisborne backdrop is gorgeous + completely calms the soul. Morning exercise also boots our energy levels which surprisingly has made us a lot more patient in the morning + we've been blessed with very smooth morning routines with the kids, Impressive huh! Such simple lifestyle changes with such big impacts.
Aside from that, our energy levels stay up throughout the day - so after a long haul at work, we still have energy after work for little adventures + playtime with the kids. All around winning.
Phase one of our lifestyle change for 2016 has been successful, small + measurable - sustainable - beneficial + practical. Exercise everyday + more activity + time with the kids.
